    I asked to cancel as we do not use this account, we use a different account but you charged me anyway.
    Please refund my money

    Hi kryptogasmic,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com? What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Do not share any transaction IDs here, a site address is the only information I need for now.

    You could also try logging out of kryptogasmic and log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. If you reply here afterwards, I’ll be able to check the other account.
