I was charged without my permission

  I discontinued my web services months ago, my credit card is not listed on my profile yet I received a charge of $155.55 on my credit card from [redacted]. I would like to confirm that this charge was from wordpress and I would like to have this charge removed. I do not want to continue any website memberships, i already cancelled months ago.

  Hi there,

  I see that you were able to cancel the subscriptions and get a refund initiated. Great! It will take 5-7 business days for the refund to post on your account. The $18 for the domain subscription will be posted separately from the rest of the refund because I just initiated that refund today.
