I was copy/pasting same excel table in posts before and it won’t work right now.

I made up a colorful Microsoft Excel table that I can input data in and mathematical formulas instantly change. I then was copy and pasting this into a post on my blog and you could always see the colors. Now, when I copy and paste it, all the colors are gone and the type of font I had is different. Am I now doing something wrong or has there been a change to how WordPress.com works? Thanks!
