I was double charged.

My account has a double charge on it, one for $94.92 cad and two smaller charges of $67.80 and $27.12. I requested refunds and a cancellation as I do not use the site at all and have no plans to do so. I was able to get refunds for the smaller charges but the larger charge remains. Why was I charged twice for the same site? And why can I not request a refund? The charge hit my account 5 days ago.

The personal Plan is $67.80 and the domain subscription was the $27.12 charge.
I see that a refund for both was processed back on 10/15. It can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

When refunding that charge, the refund was split into two refunds: one for the domain renewal ($-27.12) and one for the remainder of the Personal plan ($-67.80):

I would recommend reaching out to your bank for more information as if you’re seeing two charges on your account, one might be a temporary hold and likely will fall off your statement.
If you do have two charges, each charge would have a unique transaction ID. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou may need to contact your bank for this information if you don’t see it on your bank statement.
The last four digits of the transaction ID for the $94.92 charge that you refunded was
PL07– if you have a second, different transaction ID, you can use the form at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to submit that to support for review. If the IDs are the same, one is a duplicate and should fall off your statement – you would need to contact your bank to confirm.I hope that clarifies things!
