  Hi elainel2013, your site is a self-hosted wordpress.org install, and this forum is for hosted wordpress.com sites. Here’s a bit of info about the difference: .com and .org

  You can get help with your troubleshooting questions by visiting the wordpress.org support forum instead. You’ll have to make a new username over there to post.

  For any theme-specific questions, you might need to contact your commercial theme developer. (inkthemes.com, but their site seems to be down right now.)
