I was given a heads on that someone log in to my WordPress account, with an email link, but I ve not created a WordPress account yet

  I’m showing that you created and verified this account in the past 24h using an email link. Approximately 8h ago it looks like you requested another log in link via email (likely to make this post).

  Whenever one of those links are used, we send a notification to the email address on file so they’re aware that there was a login to the account without using the account password.
