i was given a refund last night via live chat still haven't seen it

  how long will it be before both refunds are back in my account?

  Hi Ash,

  I’ve had a look at your account and can confirm you were refunded for a plan and domain mapping on 22-Feb-2017.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  It’s now March 2 and I have yet to receive a refund for either transaction

  Hi Ash,

  Your refund was sent from our system on 22-Feb-2017. The amount of time it takes for the refund to reach you can vary slightly depending on your bank and where you live.

  If you still haven’t received it in a couple of days I’d recommend following up with your bank. You can give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt (in your Billing History) and they should be able to provide you with more information.
