I was going to sign up for business plan

  I was going to sign up for the business plan and when I hit the back button to re-read the details of the plan, it went ahead and signed me up for the free plan. How do I get back to the option to sign up for business for $299? Or how do I close that account and be able to reopen with the same user and site address?

  Hi there. You should be able to go to https://wordpress.com/plans and select the site you wish to upgrade and process your selection for the Business Plan. It is not a matter of creating a new account, simply the plan that is applied to the site.
