Did you read The Community standards? So your rude language is really not necessary.
Second, to get attention from Staff tag your thread with modlook. -
They’re thieves. I’m sick of corporations being able to just steal. I gave them authorization to once a year charge my card. They see it’s expiring so they take it upon themselves to move up the date by a month? Theft. Pardon the language. But I’m sick to death of being pushed around by the big guy

@elbarkk I’ve closed your other forum threads in order to keep all support in one thread. Opening multiple threads on the same topic makes it harder to track an issue. Thanks for your patience while Staff get back to you. As @staartmees mentioned your forum posts are subject to our community standards.
@nannylacie – Staff will reply when they look in on this thread, but all WordPressdotcom upgrade plans are renewed at 11 months for another full year in order to avoid problems especially with domain renewals. If you are wishing to cancel your renewal, please let us know here so Staff can look into it. Thanks.

Hi there,
@elbarkk, for what site were you charged? The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. We offer a full refund for 30 days after purchase or renewal of an upgrade, but we can only do that if the request comes from the account that owns the upgrade. As for charging you illegally, you agreed to our terms of service when you created your account, and to our renewal terms when you bought an upgrade, both of which say that upgrades on WordPress.com are subscription-based and renew annually unless you explicitly cancel them.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/auto-renewal/
@nannylacie, your card expiring has nothing to do with the renewal being processed a month early. We process all renewals at 11 months so that, if there’s a payment problem, there’s time to sort it out without your site potentially going offline or having features deactivated once your plan expires. However, this is just when we process the renewal. The actual expiry date doesn’t change, i.e. if your plan expires in October 2018, the renewal will happen in September 2018, and the new expiry date will be in October 2019. This is explained in the page I linked to above.
You should have received a notification that a renewal was going to take place at the end of August.
I see you have since cancelled your upgrades and closed your WordPress.com account. If you have any more questions about this, please reply to the account closure confirmation email we sent you, as you won’t be able to reply to this forum thread any more with a closed account. You should receive a full refund for the recent renewal payment in about ten business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
