i was never issued a refund

its been two weeks and I purchased a domain in which I thought was spelled correctly but its not its pirvategeek.com I requested a refund hours after I realized and its been two weeks. what horrible customer service I will never purchase a domain or any hosting from this wordpress thing. I just would like to figure out how to contact them and discuss my refund.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
