    Hi there,

    Do you already have another WordPress.com account using the email address you’re trying to use with this account? Every account has to be linked to a unique email address, so if you’re already using your email address with another account you can reset its password by entering that email here:

    If your email address isn’t linked to another account and you still get that error when you try to use it, please tell me the email address and I can investigate that for you. (You can put the email address in your reply here and our forum software will hide it from everyone except staff.)
