This is a peer support forum. We Volunteers do NOT deal with breaches of Terms of Service issue that result in suspension, nor do we need to as Staff include a link in the deactivation warning that provides for private blogger to Staff communication.
Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing Terms of Service issues on these public forums where threads are indexed by Google and are available to anyone on the internet.
We volunteers answering support questions here can’t help you. You have a warning notice with a link — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). If you have already contacted Staff, the Terms of Service department certainly received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

It’s unlikely it has anything to do with a properly attributed quotation, if that’s what you’re talking about. It’s far more likely related to the fact that the subject of your blog falls squarely under the category of blogs specifically banned here.
