I was trying to update my site and could not access it. This message appeared… ‘Warning: One or more transactions linked to this site were refunded due to a contested charge. This may have happened because of a chargeback by the credit card holder or a PayPal investigation. Each contested charge carries a fine. To resolve the issue and re-enable posting, please pay for the chargeback fine.’ Not sure where to go from here. Any help appreciated. I thought this was free.

This site is owned by another user, wallybarthman. You are an admin on the site, but not the owner.
The owner, wallybarthman, also had a Premium Plan on the site. That plan renewed on 2 November, and on 12 December wallybarthman disputed the renewal charge, leading to the site being locked and the fee applied.
Paying that fee is the only way to unlock the site, and we’re not able to refund it unless wallybarthman withdraws the dispute (which might not be possible any more at this stage), so you will need to get in contact with them to sort this out.
