I was wrongly charged for my account and need to refund my credit card

I got billed in my credit card ($99) for an auto-renewal that I didn’t subscribe to. The full name of my credit card is CARLA NICOLE SIA and card number is [redacted]
The charge is erroneous because my account is NOT even on PREMIUM PLAN. I would like to cancel my account and refund this charge.

I hope this won’t be a case of too many cooks but … Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them.

I wasn’t able to find any charges on your account, or anything very recent associated with your name. But if you’ll fill out the form at wpchrg.com , we’ll be able to find the charge and solve this with you privately.
