  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t created any sites or purchased any upgrades through WordPress.com. What is the full address of the “aidant-familial” site you have been charged for?

  Please don’t post any transactions IDs or card details on these forums, just a site address. I can then point you in the right direction.

  If you have an email receipt, could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address that was sent to and reply here?
