  Wordpress.com just doesn’t take money. You got several mails from wordpress.com about the upcoming charge. All wordpress.com plans are on autorenewal. If you don’t cancel an auto-renewal in time, it means you are okay with it.
  You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/.
  Just wait for help from a Staff member but certainly do not start a dispute through your bank, you’ll make it only more difficult and you’ll have to wait several months for your money, https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/
