  I wish to cancel my domain before it is renewed ( rvthisandthat.com ) , so I will not be charged a renewal fee.

  Howdy,

  I disabled auto-renew and voided the pending renewal. I can cancel the domain as well, but once cancelled, it cannot be undone. It will take a number of months for the domain name to be available for repurchase and someone could purchase it first.

  If you intend on using the domain name else, I do not suggest canceling it. It can be transferred instead.

  If you would still like to cancel, please let me know and I’ll do so.
