  I wish to cancel my upgrade – we have migrated to a .org wordpress installation.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered and set up the trial upgrade for the blog go to > Store > My Upgrades and click to cancel the upgrade and disable the auto-renew link. https://seattlepopupworkshop.wordpress.com//wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  On my store, under my upgrades, cancel is not an option I can see.

  Does this mean the user who originally paid for the upgrade needs to be the one to cancel?
