  I wish to empty my site of all of its content but keep the site name. How can I process this?

  Your site doesn’t have any content, therefore you don’t have to empty anything.

  ok,.. I wanted this because I want to switch a new theme. I have my own theme but for some reason I con’t find this option to do so…

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com are the ones you find here:
  http://wordpress.com/themes/

  or on your dashboard (the same themes):
  dashboard—>appearance—>themes

  The theme you found online (or designed yourself) is for
  WordPress.ORG not
  WordPress.COM
