I wish to get a refund and cancel any ongoing account I have.

    I do not wish to use or renew any part of my WordPress account/page.

    I have been charged so please can you refund as I am in the cooling off window. And cancel any renewals.

    I have not accessed my account in years, don’t even know how to and have no interest in doing so.

    Please let me know when confirmed. Thanks

    The transaction information you provided above match the site, socialgalal.com, which belongs to a different WordPress.com username account. While we can refund you for the plan renewal based on the information you’ve provided, the domain can only be cancelled by someone who is logged into that account, so you’ll need to regain access to that account first.

    Go to https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery, and enter that transaction ID there to verify your ownership of the other account. Someone from our account recovery team will then follow up with you via email to help you regain access to the correct account, after which you’ll be able to cancel your upgrades for a full refund of the recent renewal.
