  I already have a blog with you at http://www.zilianblog.com. I tried to open a new one. When I filled in the blank for my email address, it would not let me proceed. It told me to sign in. I could not return to the original page. Can I open a second blog with you?

  We can only allow one account per email address at WordPress.com, but you can register as many blogs as you want to under one account.

  Just visit https://en.wordpress.com/signup/ while logged in to register a new blog under your account.
