    I wish to recover my expired domain, which is in redemption period. I accept to pay any extra fee to be able to recover ir as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    You have to login with email address associated with the domain and find how much you ought to pay to retrieve your domain and make it functional again.

    Hello again, I’m now logged in with the email address associated with the domain I wish to recover, but I don’t find any place were it tells me how to recover or how much I need to pay to register again my domain.

    If you could help me it would be wonderful because it only says ‘to contact support’ to be able to recover it.

    Hello,

    If I may ask, did you purchase the domain from WordPress? If yes, you’d need to contact support via Live Chat and get direct help from the team.
    And if no, check from the host site were you purchased the domain from and pay the amount you’re asked to pay to recover your domain and you’ll be fine.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply, I did purchase the domain from WordPress, although, there’s no option to contact support via chat because I need a Premium Plan to chat with them. I only wish to recover my domain please (without premium plan).

    I saw that another user had the same issue and someone replied to him on this forum to help him recover his domain and it worked out.

    I just want to know how I’m supposed to pay the fee to recover a domain that is in redemption period because the platform doesn’t give me the option.

    thank you for your fast help here. By the time someone’s domain has completely stopped working, their plan has most likely also stopped working and they won’t have access to live chat. So you can go ahead and flag us right away while you continue to gather information.
