I wish to reregister an expired domain that is within its grace period.

    One of my domains expired on my blog (hoopurbia.com), and its now within a grace period but I cant find any direct links to go through this process, i just get redirected back to the dashboard without a renew link.

    I believe that staff need to intervene in the grace period, I will flag this for their attention. Please be patient as they are busy and it can take a while for them to get round to each thread.

    You also need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns / registered / bought the Upgrade – could you have used a different account?

    Also look in

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
    Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

    And see when the expire dates are and what your account has bought in the past

    Thanks for your help we’ve managed to repurchase the domain, but i’m having difficulties with directing the domain to a separate host.

    I’ve changed the name servers and it appears to have propagated correctly, and i’ve set the domain as a parked domain in the new host’s cpanel. But the domain still resolves to the old wordpress.com site.

    I’m a bit lost!

    It can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet

    @latourmelas – I show that your domain hoopurbia.com is now pointing to the servers at HostPapa.
