I would like a full refund

    Hello. I am writing to ask can I cancel my account with WordPress and have a full refund.
    I have purchased this in error and would like to have my money back.
    There is nothing wrong with your site it is just that it does not do what I thought it could do and I cannot afford to upgrade to the functionality I needed.

    I can’t see a purchase made on this account – is it possible a purchase has been made on a different WordPress.com account?

    If yes, are you able to confirm the URL of the site created with that WordPress.com account please?

    I know, I could not see them either. It is actually my son who has purchased this and he has a receipt for setting up the account from WordPress saying that they have charged him £84 a couple of days ago.

    My question is, if we cancel the account completely now will the money be returned to him within their cancelation policy
