  I did not ask for money to be taken from my credit card – I do not want to upgrade my account. I would like my account closing and the money FULLY refunded asap.

  Can you tell me which site is mentioned in the emailed receipt that we sent for this charge?

  There are not any upgrades connected to the user account that you’ve contacted us from here so I will need more information in order to track it down.
