A premium theme has to be removed or transferred to another site on your account by staffs. I tagged this thread so as that staffs can assist you. Please wait for their assistances patiently. However, please be aware that you can get a refund for that only when you cancel your purchase within 30 days.
If you want to delete the theme you purchased permanently, staffs can remove it. However, you can also keep the theme by making your site private in case you want to use the premium theme again in the future.

As your theme is still in the refund period, you can cancel it for a full refund from the Purchases page, here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
@hacchism the bug affecting theme cancellations only apply to themes that are past the refund period of 30 days :)

It’s been around for a while, so probably not. For now if you see users reporting that they don’t see the option to cancel a Premium Theme via Purchases, please tag the thread for staff.
