I would like a refund

    I never approved a charge to renew. I was automatically charged, and not even a full year after. It’s not showing up in my purchases. But I do have a bank transaction number.

  • Hi @kiaknowsthings, no worries, we can help with a refund. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. I don’t see any payments on this account.

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
