    Hello, I would like a refund for my blog domain registration and the Personal site plan. I can’t seem to customise even font or colour which was not clear when I signed up. As stipulated on your website there is a fourteen day money back guarantee so please process this.

    Hey there, you can cancel here, or we can help — we just need to know what you want to do with the domain registration. If you’ll need it right away, I’d recommend keeping that and pointing it elsewhere; if you can wait a few days to re-purchase it, you can cancel everything if you’ll get that done right away. You can find more details on the refund policy here.

    Also, the personal plan does limit some of the global style settings (colors, fonts, etc) but you can still edit the template. If you have a color scheme in mind, let us know and we may be able to make a recommendation. We can also share your feedback with the products team.
