  You charged me £84 on the 28th January 2022 and I have not been able to get help to access my site naturalsenseideas.com for several months. I do not want to renew my domain name either and I cannot gain access to cancel that either. ACT IMMEDIATELY PLEASE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING! CANCEL EVERYTHING AND REFUND WHAT I DID NOT AUTHORISE YOU TO CHARGE AS I CANNOT ACCESS THE SITE AND DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE WITH YOU.

  Do not create duplicate threads. You are already getting help from a Staff member at your initial thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/what-is-your-account-recovery-procedure/.
  As already explained you are still logged in to the wrong account, that’s why you don’t have access to your site.
