I would like a refund as I cancelled DOMAIN TRANSFER and hosting

  I realized you don’t offer phone support and I canceled both but was not given refund for $18 hosting transfer.

  I am pretty sure that it is a transfer fee and thus non-refundable. Were ever you transferred might charge you one too.

  I can see that we processed a refund of $78.00 on 2020-02-22. Those funds will take about 10 days to reach you.

  The domain transfer is not refundable. We are the acting registrar for that domain for a minimum of 60 days. For now, you can easily point the domain to another provider by clicking on My Sites – Manage – Domains – Edit DNS or follow these instructions:

  The 60 day limitation is an internet-wide ICANN regulation so we don’t have any control over that time frame. Once the 60 days are up, you can transfer the domain again – but remember, it has to stay with that new place for a minimum of 60 days.
