I would like a refund for my google apps for work.

I don’t see an option to cancel. I am very upset that I paid $50 for an annual membership to WordPress for Google Apps for Work and I have been blocked out of my business email account. I have extremely time sensitive emails to reply to clients on this account and I think its unacceptable to be charged a fee for a service that is not delivered. I have contacted Google to see what is the problem as I didn’t find a phone number to call on WordPress and they said I have only a trial membership. Where did my $50 go? Please help me resolve this immediately. I need to access my account immediately. Thank you.
