I would like a refund on my theme purchase.

  I just purchased a theme from organicthemes.com. I would like a refund so that I can go ahead and commit to their full hosting options. However, they told me I must first refund the first theme purchase ($69) through wordpress.com.

  I do not think that you purchased the domain through us as I am not seeing any record of a theme purchase under your account.

  If you purchased it from organicthemes.com, then that is who should be giving you a refund.

  Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

  I was looking to get a refund on a theme purchase, not a domain name. Sorry if that was unclear! :-)

  I spoke with a representative and hey said I should get a refund on my theme purchase through wordpress. I was a little bit confused about that as well…

  I apologize, that was a typo on my part, it should have said:

  I do not think that you purchased the theme through us as I am not seeing any record of a theme purchase under your account.

  If you purchased it through organicthemes.com, then they should have a record of it.
