I would like for WordPress to stop getting automatic payments

    I would like for WordPress to stop getting automatic payments from my account via PayPal. What do I need to do for that? This is BEYOND frustrating that I can’t speak to a human. If I would have known that this is WordPress definition of customer service, I would not have used this company. I am no longer using the domain and I want WordPress to STOP taking funds.
    I can’t even go on the site and change it. Like, what kind of racket is this?? Please help me so that this doesn’t keep happening

    Your account is only a few minutes old and doesn’t have a site connected.
    You can manage your purchases yourself as described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/. But as purchases and charges are connected to a wordpress.com account, you must be logged in to the account connected to those charges. As long you don’t cancel a purchase, you’ll be charged.
    To restore access to the account connected to those charges, you can use the Transaction iD at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    Do you remember the URL of the site that the purchase was associated with?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
