The blog I need help with is the one listed in the subject line. Not in the description.

re: https://headfortheice.wordpress.com/
I’m not clear on what you need help with. Please post again and be descriptive as many things have changed since your last published post on the site https://headfortheice.wordpress.com/2010/03/03/check-out-my-slide-show-3/

Thanks, timethief. You’re not kidding about things changing. Yikes.
I’m attempting to reverse the direction of the posts. I’d like it to appear online in chronological order. ie: November, December, January, etc. Not the other way around.
Does this help? -
Blogs are essentially a reverse chronological order publishing tool wherein the most recent published post will display on top. You cannot change this order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. There is no upgrade that allows you to change this post order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. It’s designed to serve your visitors as they come to read the most recent posts and will not be inclined to trawl through hundreds of posts to locate it.
See here for the option of creating a book-like structure > http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/ Perhaps that will work for you.
Or you could use a single sticky post as an index page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
Or you can falsify every date-stamp before publishing.
Staff have provided this support doc http://en.support.wordpress.com/show-your-posts-in-chronological-order/

Also note that Freshy is an old retired theme that does not support all WordPress.COM features. The recommendation is to switch to using a newer theme and that’s easy to do.
re: changing themes
Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another theme found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click the “activate” or the “preview” link, or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.
For changing themes see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes
Every theme has detailed theme description page with set up instructions like this one https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/button/ and a live demo site like this one http://buttondemo.wordpress.com/
