I would like my Account deleted

  Accounts are permanent and cannot be deleted. Deleting accounts could result in several issues with our software. Please understand that there are no security risks associated with this policy. Your account information is not visible anywhere on WordPress.com. If you wish to leave WordPress.com, simply leave the account inactive. It will not be used in any way.   You can, however, delete your blog:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/

  Please be advised that blog deletion is PERMANENT and the blog name can never be reused (not even by you).
