  Wondering how I can get my blog posts from Psychology Today to automatically post in my wordpress blog

  You can’t. WordPress.com does not provide any tools that are commonly used by sploggers. The most common tool content thieves use to create posts in splogs is the RSS Feed widget. Here at WordPress.com all widgets operate only in sidebar and footer areas for widgets. You can place a RSS widget in your sidebar and link it to your feed on another site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/rss-widget/ But you cannot create an automated duplicate content blog.
