I would like my site to be emptied of all information. I would like to be able to start completely over without canceling my account. I would like my URL canceled as well please.

That means you want to delete a blog. There is no recycling of any deleted blog URLs so wanting to delete the content in a blog you want to delete makes no sense at all.

You can keep the URL at http://myhairpullingselfharm.wordpress.com/ and remove all the content and then start blogging again.
You can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.
