I would like t use both caps and non caps for the heading.

  I can use caps and non caps for the body text but not for the heading. I would like to be ale to have that option for the heading as well.

  Only some themes allow this unless you have the Custom Design upgrade.

  When you say “heading” are you talking about the site title? If so, add this to your custom CSS:

  #site-title h1 a {
  text-transform: none;
  }
