  Hi there, All WordPress.com websites remain online after a plan expires at their base yoursite.wordpress.com address. All the data is still available when you are logged in with the original account that registered the site here.

  If you had a Business or Commerce plan on your WordPress.com website, then follow this guide https://wordpress.com/support/restore-your-site-after-the-plan-expires/
