I would like to add a second blog to my account with it's own unique domain

  I would like to add a second blog to my account with it’s own unique domain name, but using my original email address.
  I realize I will have to pay for another domain registration, etc.
  I tried just starting from scratch but hit a wall when it said that my email address was already in use.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can have multiple sites all under your account beachbumpoppy. Once logged in, visit the following URL to create your new site:

  https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/
