I would like to add an new association to our WordPress Site

  I work for a property management company and we have a number of associations with blogs that were set up before I arrived. We just acquired a new community, and I would like to set them up with a Blog similar to what we already have. Can someone show me step by step how to get started?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Depending on how you want the new blog to look you can replicate the theme, widgets, menu from your existing blogs.
