  how would i add a icontact opt-in form to my wordpress blog.

  If the iContact code is allowed at WordPress.com, you can paste the code into a page (or post) using the HTML editor.

  Your readers can also follow your WordPress.com blog with these methods (without needing iContact):

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  You can also add the Follow Blog widget to your sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets.

  Thanks for the reply brian. icontact is allowed. but i wanted to add it to my sidebar. If you know how, I would be much obliged if you could help me.

  If it is allowed, you can add it to your sidebar via a Text widget.
