I would like to back up our database

  We’re having problems with the edit and add pages webpages and their loading times. We have a maximum of 18 machines trying to access through a 80MB connection, so there shouldn’t be a problem.

  The machines are iMac , OS X Yosemite using Safari and Firefox.

  Is it possible to download a back up of the files and the database to see if moving our blog to another location might solve the problem.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no database access to sites hosted by WordPress.COM. For creating XML export files fro backup purposes see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.

  The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  * You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

  Dashboard > Tools > Export
