I would like to be able to arrange my posts in a specific order.

  I would like to take the post I just posted and put it at the bottom of http://teahero.wordpress.com

  it seems rather long and I would like it at the begining of the ‘blog’ or at the bottom of the page.

  On WordPress.com, posts displayed on the front page are sorted with the latest one at the top by default. There is not a way to change the order unless you either change the post date or use sticky posts.
