I would like to be able to offer language translation…is this available?

  I am curious as to how my blog is being read in different countries. Does everything i post need to be annotated? What about hand-written text? Is this “translatable?

  There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins because this is a multiuser blogging platform ie. our blogs are not free standing and there are security issues that would arise if that access were allowed. Google translation widgets are Javascript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this mutiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  What about hand-written text? Is this “translatable?

  I don’t know of any means we can use to translate it in our blogs.
