  I upgraded to a paid domain and paid for the customization. I just logged in and cannot use the custom feature to finish setting up my blog. I don’t understand, I thought it was for a year and I had access to it whenever I want. Is that not the case? I have 2 domain names registered under peanutbutterfingerprints.com and peanutbutterquicksand.com I know I purchased the custom feature for the latter, but do I need to do it again? for the peanutbutterfingerprints.com?

  Hi there,

  I see that you have two custom domains purchased for use with you site at peanutbutterquicksand.wordpress.com. If I can ask a little background info, what are you trying to set up?

  While it is possible to set your site up to appear at one domain or the other, it is not possible to have one site appear at both domains simultaneously. Is that what you are trying to do, or did you have something else in mind?

  No, I want to customize the colors of both domains one at a time.
  When I went to the peanutbutterfingerprints.com, it said i have to purchase the customize feature. I thought once I gave Word Press $30 for the year that it would be for both. I think I was incorrect on that because I am able to get into and customize the peanutbutterquicksand.com. (I am wanting to set up fingerprints as a website because I can only sell my writings and crafts online according to my EIN. If I need to purchase the second customization, I can do that. I just got confused! :)

  Great, thanks for clarifying. I can see that you recently purchased the Custom Design upgrade, but it was not correctly applied to your account. Sorry about that!

  To rectify this, I have issued a refund for the initial charge (which will be returned to your account within the next week) so please try to purchase it again through the store tab in your site dashboard. Thanks!

  Sorry for any confusion. Yes, it is true that the Custom Design upgrade is per site but right now you only have one site, but two domains, so that is what I had a few questions about so I can help get you sorted out.

  As it stands now, you only have a site at http://peanutbutterfingerprints.com/ which you have set up to be your primary domain on the Store > Domains tab in your site dashboard.

  Your second domain (http://peanutbutterquicksand.com/) is not actually a second site, it just redirects to your primary domain, where your actual site lives.

  So what I am wondering is, do you need help in setting up a second site, and transferring one of your domains to it?
