I am waiting to hear from a human member of your support team – I believe you call them a Happiness Engineer. As I outlined in my previous correspondence from yesterday 2025/01/21, I would like to resolve an issue involving a possible fraudulent use of a WordPress account. My bank has suggested that we cancel my VISA account to terminate any possible further unauthorised use of my VISA

I have been trying to get hold of support for the last hour and no reply. They promised to send me a transcript of our human chat earlier but nothing has come through. This after I wasted several hours following instructions from a BOT/AI reply that gave what turns out to be erroneous information in relation to how to set something up. I am appalled that this so-called business plan no longer provides the support it promised me. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CONTACT A HUMAN. AND Please tell me why there is no link to my chat history even though I was told it should be right there next to the help button? I am beyond fed up with what has happed to Wordpres.

I completely understand how important it is to get timely and reliable support, especially when you’re dealing with setup issues.
Since you have a paid plan, you should definitely be able to connect with a human for assistance. Have you already tried the steps outlined here?https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/#expert-support
To locate your chat history, you can try the following:
- Check the Help Center: Open the Help Center to view your most recent conversation. If you need older conversations, click the “History” button at the bottom of the screen.

- Check your email: A transcript of your support chat should have been sent to the email associated with your WordPress.com account. Sometimes, it might end up in your spam/junk folder, so it’s worth checking there as well.
