  I would like to speak with a person about my issue in terms of getting access to my account. This forum stuff does not work at all.

  There’s no call support, you need to post your issue in this forum.

  Paid plans have access to live chat support, but I assume since you have trouble getting access to your account, that’s not an option for you. So, explain your issue here and be patient. :)

  You should probably start by posting the URL of the site you have trouble with, that’s going to be the first question you’ll hear from staff anyway.
