I would like to cancel and refund my Premium upgrade.

Every time I try to cancel my Premium upgrade and seek a refund, I just get a white dialogue pop up without any other options other than “close”?
Can someone please cancel and refund the Premium Upgrade attached to my account as soon as possible?

I was charged $99 even though I tried to cancel my trial-version two times in a row within 3 minutes on May 25th. In addition to that, although I am still on the 30 days refund policy, I just can’t cancel my upgrade and get my refund. I tried all the process described to go on “my upgrades”->”cancel and refund”, but the message I get is that I will not be charge $99 on May 23rd from next year! Nothing is said about getting my money, already charged, back.
Please, I am looking for a quick solution because my 30 days policy will expire on June 23rd if counted the day I tried my free trial.
