  I am not seeing auto-renewal as being set up for your upgrades. So you will not be charged for anything.

  If you would like to delete your WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

  Delete a Website

  Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.

  Try to delete my site and I received the follow message :

  Warning! You cannot delete a site if it has a domain registration upgrade because you need access to the site in order to get to the domain manager.

  When I clicked the link, I received this message:
  Oops, Nothing here! Maybe the following search results can help:

  I can absolutely help you with that.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain zoegr.net it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using zoegr.net again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

  I have canceled that for you.

  You should now be able to follow the deletion instructions I posted earlier.
